FT6100 Series Programmable DC Electronic Load Array

The FT6100 is a high-precision, high-reliability, high-integration, full-featured multi-channel programmable DC electronic load product developed by Faith based on years of experience in power electronics test applications. The products are tailored for integrated applications and are cost effective. It replaces low-power single-unit electronic loads in most integrated applications and provides significant cost savings for users.
Designed specifically for embedded integrated applications, the FT6100 is available in a standard 19-inch chassis size with a flexible programming interface (RS485, LAN) and drivers. Supports most software platforms such as Visual C++, C#, Delphi, Visual Basic, and Labview for secondary development. Users can customize the application software according to their needs.

Functions & Advantages

Steady mode of operation

 

 

CC mode: The electronic load always consumes a constant current (ISET) regardless of the input voltage, within the allowable input voltage and rated power range. The input voltage needs to be higher than the product of the lowest input impedance of the electronic load and the set current value. .

CV mode: The electronic load maintains a constant voltage (VSET) at the input by adjusting the current consumed within the allowable input power range.

CP mode: The electronic load maintains the input power at a constant power (PSET) by adjusting the current consumed within the allowable input voltage range.

CR mode: The electronic load maintains the input impedance at a constant resistance (RSET) by adjusting the current consumed within the allowable power and voltage range.

The above four working modes are steady state mode

Dynamic working mode

The FT6100 multi-channel DC programmable electronic load features dynamic current capability. This function allows the user to set two load current A and B values, and can set the A value pulse width and B value pulse width (range: 1-60000 milliseconds). The load will automatically switch continuously before the A value pull current and the B value pull current according to the setting.

 

CCD (dynamic constant current) mode

Application programming

The FT6100 offers a rich programming interface and drivers that can be easily integrated into the test system. The driver supports Labview, Delphi, VC, VB, C# and other common software development platforms. Users can develop control programs that meet test requirements, such as stationary, dynamic, and sequence based on the driver. In order to facilitate user debugging and development, the product comes with a demo software to meet the basic test application requirements.
