FT6110 Programmable Multi-channel Electronic Load Array

The FT6110 series multi-channel electronic load array is a high-performance, cost-effective product developed by Faith for the power ATE test system developed on the integration of the FT6100 series multi-channel electronic load array.
In order to facilitate the development of power ATE test system, FT6110 has built-in special functions such as voltage and current ripple test, dynamic frequency sweep, load effect test, LED drive test, OCP test, slope setting, etc., and provides a complete DLL development kit. Support C#, C++, Delph, Labview development language to facilitate secondary development.
The FT6110 is suitable for automation applications such as power production testing, aging, battery formation, burn-in testing, and harness testing. Such as: adapter power supply, LED power supply, DC converter, power tools, mobile phone charger, tablet charger, battery, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), battery management system (BMS) and other products ATE automated test system.

CC constant current mode: The load always consumes a constant current regardless of the input voltage.

CV constant voltage mode: The load will consume enough current to maintain the input voltage at the set value.

CR constant resistance mode: The load is equivalent to a constant resistance, and the input current is adjusted as the input voltage changes.

CP constant power mode: The load will consume a constant power, and the input current will be linearly adjusted as the input voltage changes to ensure that the power consumption is constant.

By configuring the LED operating voltage, LED operating current, and LED internal resistance coefficient, the user can simulate the actual carrier shape of the LED, providing a more realistic and accurate test basis for the LED power supply test.

The dynamic test function switches the load between two set parameters (primary value and transient value) according to the set rules, which is suitable for power supply dynamic characteristic test. The maximum frequency is up to 50kHz, supporting continuous, pulse, flip, rising slope, falling slope, range switching parameter settings.

 

自动测试功能Automatic test function)

Automatic test function A single file can support 100-step test. Each test can set the load mode, load value, test item, detection item upper/lower limit value, and running time. The running time can be set from 0.1S to 86400S. This function only needs to complete the product insertion and removal, the load will be automatically tested and judged, and the test will be implemented in the form of PASS or FAIL.

The sequence function allows the user to edit 10 sequence test files, which can be linked and run repeatedly. Each test file supports 20 test steps. In each test step, the user can set the load mode, the load master value, and the single step time. The single step time can be set from 0.001S to 86400S.

The dynamic sweep function continuously or automatically adjusts the on-load frequency up to 50 kHz. This test function captures the maximum (Vp+) and minimum (Vp-) voltage peaks of the power class DUT in the worst case.

负载效应测试功能Load effect test function)

The change of output stability caused by the power product when the output load changes is called load effect. The load effect test function provides users with multiple sets of load parameters and set the stability time. After the test is completed, the load regulation rate, voltage change rate, and power supply DC internal resistance result are directly provided.

纹波测试功能Ripple test function)

The load supports voltage ripple Vpp, current ripple (Ipp) measurement, and bandwidth from 10Hz to 250kHz. In the measurement bandwidth range, the ripple measurement accuracy is high and the repeatability is good. Ripple generally includes two different frequency segments of power frequency ripple and switching ripple, and the load ripple measurement result is a combined result of two ripple superpositions.
