FTG combined super power programmable DC power supply

FTG DC switching power supply is the result of many years of continuous research and development in the field of power electronics. FTG power supply has the advantages of high power and high current, low ripple noise, fast transient response, high resolution and high precision. Can be used in laboratory testing, automotive equipment testing, solar inverter testing, DC / DC converter and inverter testing, engine start testing, battery automatic charging, electronic product life cycle testing.
    The FTG series power supply is the representative of the highest level of power supply available today, with high load response speed and very low ripple noise. The unique circuit design and thermal design make this power supply have a very high power density, and the 3U height can support 15KW.
    The FTG series power supply adopts a modular stacking architecture, and the modules are connected by a high-speed external bus. Therefore, the power supply has the structural advantages of being easy to maintain, easy to expand, and highly reliable.
    Editing the sequence file enables the power supply to output complex voltage and current waveforms. Users can edit files according to their needs or with reference to various test standards. Digital and analog programming capabilities make power applications more widely available.
    The FTG power supply with color TFT LCD display and dual knobs has a friendly man-machine interface, and its rich display content and convenient call operation provide users with great convenience. Users can remotely operate the power supply via LAN, RS232 or GPIB communication interfaces.
    The FTG series power supply has a built-in power-on diagnostic program that reduces machine failure rates. Protection functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent, overpower, and overtemperature can greatly improve equipment reliability. Intelligent fan control not only reduces noise, saves energy, but also improves power supply stability.

Functions & Advantages

measuring

The FTG series has a built-in 16bits high-precision A/D converter with a measurement accuracy of 0.1%+0.1%F.S., current 0.1%+0.2%F.S. The measured values of voltage, current and power can be displayed on the display of the front panel of the power supply. In addition, the FTG additionally provides voltage and current monitoring output functions. The user can monitor the output waveform of the voltage and current through the oscilloscope through the monitoring output terminal

 

 

Output mode

The FTG power supply has two modes: constant voltage output and constant current output. The user can set the output voltage and output current. When the power supply is working, it is first output in constant voltage mode; when the load sink current exceeds the output current set value, the power supply automatically switches to constant current mode.

The FTG provides an output mode indication IO through which the user can obtain the current output mode of the power supply.

Sequence function

The FTG series power supply has a sequence file function. Users can edit complex voltage and current waveforms according to actual needs. It is ideal for aircraft equipment testing, in-vehicle equipment testing and other equipment testing that will generate voltage interruptions.

Constant power function

 The FTG series power supply has a constant power output function that allows the user to set the power output value, the highest output voltage and the highest output current. After the constant power output is turned on, the power supply continuously adjusts the output voltage and the output current so that the output power is maintained at the set value. Users can also adjust the response speed to accommodate various types of loads at different rates.

 

 

 

 

Analog programming

The FTG series has two analog input ports for voltage programming and current programming to control the output voltage and output current separately. The analog programming signal can select 0~5V or 0~10V DC voltage signal. The programming signal corresponds to the output voltage and output current from 0 to full scale.    

 

Absorption control

The FTG series power supply is designed with an output energy absorbing circuit. This circuit does not work when the power supply is operating normally, and the voltage on the output capacitor is quickly absorbed when the output is turned off. On the one hand, the safety hazard can be eliminated to meet the safety requirements, and on the other hand, the motor user can suppress the brake reverse voltage to protect the motor circuit and the power supply.
